General Information:
The primary focus of this course is the study of literature, specifically the short story, poetry, and the novel. In addition, improvement of writing skills will be emphasized. The study of vocabulary and grammar is included, both in specific lessons, and through writing.
Twice during the year, the English and history classes will work together on the study of the Civil War and the American Revolution.

Current Focus
Autobiographical Scrapbook: The scrapbooks are completed and students will receive them Tuesday, May 27. This project will be one they can enjoy over the years.
